Guidelines for returning products purchased on Jokarz Wholesale Market.

1. Eligibility

Exchange or return requests can be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

• Standard Returns: Only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible.
• Damaged Items: Returns or exchanges are accepted for products that arrive damaged, provided they are reported upon receipt.
• Mismatched Items: Buyers can request a return if the product does not match the descriptions provided on the website.
• Disclaimer: Products damaged due to misuse or poor storage by the buyer are not covered by the return policy.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or a refund:

• Refunds: All approved refunds will be transferred directly to your Bank Account.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns.
• Arrival Damage: If the return is due to arrival damage, the Seller will bear all shipping costs.
