2. Platform Use
The platform is designed to facilitate wholesale transactions between merchants. Use of the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited, and all applicable commercial regulations must be followed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Buyers may cancel an order free of charge as long as the order status is "Pending." Once the status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped," cancellation may not be available, or administrative fees may apply to cover operational costs.
4. Obligations of Parties
Seller: Committed to providing legal, high-quality products and describing them accurately to buyers.
Buyer: Committed to paying the value of products and associated fees within the specified timeframes.
5. Pricing Errors
In the event of a technical or human error resulting in an illogical price, Jokarz reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the buyer without any legal liability or obligation to fulfill the sale at the incorrect price.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between the buyer and seller, Jokarz acts as an amicable mediator only. While we strive to support both parties, the platform assumes no legal responsibility for such disputes.
